چکیده
The aim of this study is to compare the pregnancy rates by applying embryo transfer cows which are not pregnant and should be removed from herd as repeat breeder. In study, 87 randomly selected Holstein utilized. breeder (n=45) were at least one giving birth, having regular sexual cycle, missing clinical worsening into genital organ displaying an abnormal discharge. On other hand, it was nonpregnant inseminated artificially 3 times or more. Besides, that used control group (n=42) without any artificial insemination postnatally. PGF2α application performed all recipient considered benefit a in testing groups just 24 days before flushing day. After application, showing estrous symptoms recorded determined candidate recipients. 35.6% 50% for groups, respectively difference between significant (P<0,05). As result, even has been concluded can conceive especially high-yielding treatment method cows. Thereby, with high superior characteristics milk yielding have infertility problems economically beneficial utilizing yield later lactation replacement cost.

The Effect of Intercourse around Embryo Transfer on Pregnancy Rate in Assisted Reproductive Technology Cycles
Background Implantation failure is the most important cause of recurrent in vitro fertilization/intra cytoplasmic sperm injection (IVF/ICSI) failure. Several reports suggest that intercourse during the peritransfer period might improve pregnancy rates. This study is designed to determine whether intercourse during the peritransfer period will improve pregnancy and implantation rates in patients...

The objective of this study was to investigate the effect of antibiotic treatment on pregnancy rate in repeat breeder dairy crossbred cows. Based upon culture and sensitivity test, cows were assigned into two groups. Genta (n = 10) cows were treated with gentamycin (100 mg/ml) and ENRO (n = 12) cows were treated with enrofloxacin (100 mg/ml) intramuscularly 4 ml/100 kg body weight and intra-ute...

A total of 48 repeat breeder cows were equally divided in to two treatment groups as NOR and NOR-PG and were treated with norgestomet ear implants on day 10 following natural oestrus and a control group. At the time of ear implant insertion, 2 ml of SMB injection was administered intramuscularly to all the cows. The implant was removed after 9 days. Cows in NOR-PG group were injected with 0.98 ...

Fifty repeat breeder (RB) Friesian cows were allocated to five groups of 10 cows each, to determine the effect of progesterone (P4) supplement on P4 concentrations and pregnancy rates during the periods of corpus luteum (CL) formation and development between days 2-7 and 7-12 following a spontaneous or PGF2α-induced estrus. Cows were artificially inseminated during PGF2α-induced (PGF-P4-d2 and ...
متن کاملPlatelet concentrate in bovine reproduction: effects on in vitro embryo production and after intrauterine administration in repeat breeder cows
BACKGROUND A repeat breeder cow (RBC) can be defined as an animal that after 3 or more inseminations cannot get pregnant because of fertilization failure or early embryonic death. If no cause is identified precisely, inadequate uterine receptivity is responsible for implantation failures. Since a large number of identified molecular mediators, such as cytokines, growth factors and lipids have b...
